We watched shop owners rely on gut feelings, scribbled notes, and crossed fingers. Meanwhile, big chains used sophisticated forecasting systems that small shops couldn't afford.
That didn't seem fair.
So we built DoughOps -- a smart production planning tool designed for independent bakeries of all kinds: donut shops, bread bakeries, cake shops, cookie shops, and pastry shops. We took the same technology that powers enterprise forecasting and made it simple, affordable, and accessible.
