SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions apply to DoughOps Customer Messages, the text messaging program used by bakeries on the DoughOps platform.

1. Program Name

Program name: DoughOps Customer Messages.

Program sponsor: SMFORCE, LLC d/b/a DoughOps, together with the bakery that collected the customer's opt-in.

2. Program Description

Customers who opt in may receive text messages related to bakery receipts, loyalty updates, order status, one-time verification codes, and account-related notifications from the bakery they enrolled with.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Transactional messages are sent in response to customer activity such as purchases, order updates, or verification requests. Loyalty and account-related messages are typically 0-4 messages per month per bakery.

4. Message Charges

Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to or from this program, depending on the customer's wireless plan.

5. Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless you opt in again.

7. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

For questions about how we collect, use, and protect personal information, please review our Privacy Policy and SMS Policy.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Customers opt in through an explicit affirmative action such as checking an unchecked consent box on a web form or completing a DoughOps verification flow. Customers who were already enrolled may re-subscribe later by replying START or JOIN.
